Project Description:
Our project team delivered a building shell and site project that raises the bar for big box retail. While the building and site are expansive, the details and public spaces are wisely scaled. The 10.2 acre project features a large, wood-clad entry wall, a composite panel rainscreen exterior, a metal-clad entry canopy, and a manufactured wood shading trellis. Eco-friendly features include reclaimed wood, local, drought tolerant planting, and vegetated bioswales.
