Project Description:
This project incorporates a glassy ground floor retail underneath six levels of parking and a covered steel and glass bridge within one full city block. The facility accommodates over 1,000 parking stalls and 31,000 square feet of prime leasable retail space. The bridge facilitates safe pedestrian access across an active shipping and commuter train line to a rapidly growing redevelopment center, within downtown Oakland.
