Project Description:
The project was a joint development with Hilton Hotels and celebrated local chef Donna Scala. This unique urban restaurant serves hotel guests and attracts a separate, diverse crowd through its stylish, casual and timeless feel. Diners can sidle up to the charcuterie bar for antipasto, convive with other diners at the open communal tables for easy cuisine, or tuck themselves away in intimate booths for formal meals.
