I have always believed and lived by the idea that
a person should enjoy what they do. For me, architecture allows
me to excel in what I’m good at, then challenges me to learn
more and improve on what I’ve accomplished. I love what
I do.

I enjoy listening to and performing improvised
music. In the kitchen, I make a tasty whole wheat pesto pizza.
I like biking around town and playing blocks with
my son.
I like to drink homebrew and sleep in a hammock.
My facial hair style was determined by a game of
rock-paper-scissors.

of his own. He is a recovering sci-fi geek and a local indie rockstar.
Tim grew up in Pasadena, California, playing whiffle
ball with neighbor Kevin Costner.
Tim is a member of First Presbyterian Church of
Berkeley, where he has volunteered as an adult mentor with high
school students for the past four years.

I came here from Germany almost two years ago.
It is wonderful how much one can learn by leaving one's familiar
environment behind.
At the same time I'm finding out that even though
I am adapting and things keep changing on the outside a certain
deeper part of me -I would like to call it my 'entelechy'- grows
unaffected at its own pace.

Some of the things I miss about Toronto are:
-Amazing choices and high quality of food.
-Distinct changes in seasons.
-Diversity and friendliness of Torontonians.
-Last but not least: "EH!"
